[Resolved] Travel Triangle — refund claim | |
I have taken the land package cost for thailand and cancelled the trip due to the issue of corona virus. I have paid around 28% of the cost but they are not refunding any amount. They are asking extra money as they have made hotel booking. How a person will travel in such a risky situation. This issue of virus is something exceptional and affecting many parts of countries. Travel triangle as a whole has a wide network of hotels so they should work for the betterment of their customer.
