I will make sure to convey to my friends and relatives about the incompetent behaviour and inability of your company to satisfy or resolve their customer's issues in order to protect them from unethical and unprofessional people From the last 3 months i have been tirelessly trying to reach your employees for grievance rehearsal but no one is responding and resolving my issue During pandemic where each and every company is contributing by safeguard their customer's interest and resolving their issues which includes refunding maximum amount. However on your part no one has cared to even look into the matter
I submitted the token amount in Mar, 20 but due to Covid -19 your company haven't booked the hotel for my accommodation.
In such scenario i am liable to full refund or else i will file a complaint against you with consumer court for harassing and fraudulent dealings.

This all policy is before covid-19 and i haven't cancelled my trip, this trip cancelled by your company because in July 2020 you are not able to organised any trip, so why cancellation charges applicable on me.
Show me where i said that i want to cancel my trip due to any personal reason.Other organisations also refund full amount.
