[Resolved] Travel Triangle — refund for trip id-6884355 | |||
It's regarding my andaman trip booked through travel triangle (Trip id: 6884355) for package of their registered travel agent "andaman live holidays" for the period 18-23 may'2020. I had made half payment of rs 15250 to travel triangle online while booking. But, unfortunately due to covid-19 pandemic and lockdown, the trip could not be undertaken. Now, travel triangle is saying certain portion of my amount is with them and another portion is with their travel agent, if i wish i should adjust with another trip or otherwise, in case of cancellation, they will deal as per pre-covid cancellation terms, which means loss of my money. So, kindly help me in getting back my amount, which they are unlawfully blocking. Was this information helpful? | |||

We have duly checked your booking and found that our team has already provided a credit note to you which can be utilized for a future booking according to your choice of date but within the specified validity.
We are apologetic about not being able to refund in cash at the moment due to force majeure situation arising out of COVID-19.
