My travel id was 6264358, tour to Mauritius from New Delhi from 26 April, 2020 to 3 May 2020. Due to covid pandemic my tour was cancelled. I have paid the entire amount of 1, 96, 700 in advance on Feb 2020.
After cancellation the tour operator gave me credit note with validity 31 March 2021 without my consent. Now the credit note period is over I want to have full refund.
It has been one and half year my money is stuck with Travel triangle.
Now nobody is replying my calls and noone even bother reply to the mails.
Travel triangle has harassed me in returning my own money and the company has made me hopeless.
The people who booked their packages from other travel agents got their money back.
I am in urgent need of money and now I have to beg travel triangle for my own money.
If I wont get the full refund within one week, I will go to the court and file mental harassment case against the Travel Triangle.
It was worst experience with Travel Triangle...

    I had booked Maldives package for my son and daughter in law who got married on 19.03.20 as Honeymoon gift. But unfortunately due to on spread of Corona Virus it was not possible for them to travel.

    Since both of them are Doctors in Germany they have very limited leaves it would not be possible for them to postpone their trip in near future.

    These leaves were also sanctioned as a special case for their wedding.

    In view of above and High alert and various initiatives of Government discouraging foreign travel, I requested Travel Triangle to refund the money to me. But they insisted for taking credit shell otherwise they would deduct 50 % amount. Vide my mail dated 25.04.20 I wrte to them that I would like 100 % refund as this is not as per Business ethics to force the customer to use your services at a later date when I had already explained my position to refund the amount as my son and daughter in law both are Doctors in Germany and will not be able to get leave for holidaying as they have to rise to the occassion and treat the Covid 19 patients which is going to take considerable time.

    On the basis of your business policy you are forcing the customer to avail your services at any cost or get the refund at almost 60% deduction which you will agree is a big amount of the customer's hard earned money.
    But they did not give in so reluctantly I agreed with a protest to refund full amount .Vide their mail dated 06.05.2020 they asked me to let them know the date of travel in September 2021. They also wrote that no need to decide it now if it is not decided yet. You can let us know the dates once the situation gets better.
    Vide my mail dated 24.06.2021 I again asked for refund and wrote that due to continued Covid 19 wave prevailing in India and unfortunate demises of our family members we would not be in a position to undertake trip to Maldives.
    But till date no reply has been received from their end.
    Please help me get my hard earned money back with interest and penalty of causing torture in these difficult timed of Covid where every organisation is giving relaxation and treating customers sympathetically.

        I would like to highlight few points;

        1. We didn't cancel our Meghalaya trip, the Government of Meghalaya did so and that was not informed to us from your end. I NEVER CANCELLED MY TRIP. Pressurizing us to postpone our trip by charging an arbitrary cancellation fee from your own end is not acceptable.
        2. No-one from your travel agency informed me about the situation and travel policy of Meghalaya; it was me who called and asked for a solution.
        3. You have mentioned multiple times in the above trail mail that the trip was cancelled from our end - which is not true as it was government regulations that led to cancellation of the trip. I never cancelled my trip.
        4. We asked for a full refund, but your agent forced us to reschedule the trip; and we had no option but to agree with it.
        5. We planned the Manali trip in June which is scheduled from 29th July-1st August; but looking at the scenario in Himachal Pradesh right now it is not at all safe to travel. The government of Himachal has issued an orange alert and is discouraging tourists to visit the state. We don't wish to risk our life by going on this trip.

        Because of the type of service that has been provided from TravelTriangle, we do not wish to postpone this trip again or plan any other trip from travel triangle. Please consider all the above points and provide me the full refund as this is a special case, where traveling to this specific place - Manali for holiday is a threat to my life and to my partner.

        Finally, I request a full refund of the booking amount from Travel triangle. In case the Travel Triangle company still faces issues in giving back the refund, I will be forced to take up the matter in the Consumer forum court as 10, 600 rupees is not a small amount to be given up due to non-user friendly policies of your company.

        I am really not happy with the customer care experience of TravelTriangle.

          I have never experienced such an unprofessional organisation, I have followed them up so many times. My booking ID is 7311312, I have booked a trip for Bali for May but due to Covid -19 flight got cancelled. It's been more than a year but Travel Triangle is not refunding my full money including flight tickets.

            We booked hotel package from travel triangle in the name of Mr. Sunil Kumar Gupta and our trip advisor was Ms. Rabia. We describe her complete detail that we are having a family member who is on wheel chair and cant even walk. Accordingly, we asked her to alot hotels. But still she gave us hotel kaisar where neither hotel services were good nor staff and she planned a trip with loads of travelling only. Then she gave us house boat also. When we reach there, people over there told that it is not possible to take wheel chair to houseboat. Then we talk to ms. Rabia regarding this. She took 45 mins to advise us the hotel. Meanwhile, we search hotel on our own. And we had a talk with hotel regarding room availability. Then we asked ms rabia for same hotel and she again mislead regarding non availability of rooms in same hotel. So we decided to book the hotel on our own. And here the issue started, she continously started calling us for making complete payment. However, everytime we told her that due to bad internet online payment is not able to process and the whole cash is not available with us. So in morning we will withdraw the cash and we will make full payment. As it was already 22:00 hrs. And due to full day travelling we were tired also. But still ms. Rabia kept calling us 15-20 times and we told her same thing everytime. We want travel triangle to take action against her and blacklist her. As such kind of people are not good for a big name like travel triangle. Also, these type of wrong advisors harras customers like us.

                I am very sorry to say that i have never experienced such an unprofessional organization where no one ( travel triangle as well as their so called trusted agent) has any clue.The money has been refunded by the airlines way back but eveyone was just hatching eggs on that amount .It was me who follwed up so.many times but its been more than a year their is no closure.
                I booked a package for thiland fr may bt as we all know covid came as all flights got cancelled.I paid over a lakh for that Now at the time.of refund they are mentioning
                1. The hotel charges which i never paid for how strange is that they are saying that they booked on their own without asking money from.us wow ??? Such a generous travel agents
                2. Deductions from travel agent' s side wow !!! First it is the time of covid and second they earned intrest on our money over a year and now asking for their dedcution.

                Plz do not show the status RESOLVED UNLESS U DO SO !

                    Trip ID 6966269 - Booked a trip to Mauritius but due to Covid had to put on hold. I accepted the quote for Rocking trip through Travel Triangle. I paid the complete trip package. So the point of contact was supposed to reach out to provide the voucher for land package that was valid till Jan 20 2022, but no response. Point of contact left the organization, now how much ever u try to reach out these people don't respond. Pathetic Service, No resolution. Travel triangle should get rid of such companies. Travel triangle has not bothered to inform or let us know .
                    Texted on WhatsApp, messenger, emails, calls, , , no body is there to respond. Pls people donot use this travel agent at all.

                      Respected Sir/Ma’am,
                      I’am Tarun Jain, resident of Hyderabad. I’ve booked a flight via Travel triangle from Hyderabad to Thailand for last may 2020. Even after a year they have not refunding me anything. They’re not giving me any response on my issues. Even after continuous calling and emailing they are ignoring me. They’ve irritated me since last 2 months. Even after continuous calling and email by me they say don’t have any update on it and they ask me wait for 48 hours everytime this is going on since a long time now.

For past six months I’ve been calling and emailing the company’s customer support, I’ve been irritated by them for not taking my issues responsibly they have been stalling me since once month that I’m going to get a reply in 48 hours.                             I wanted to share my recent experience with TravelTriangle.com (Satguru holidays). I had booked a package for Dubai with TripId:7944218 . I had made an 1st payment of 30000/- Rs on 9th April, 2021 for total amount of - 84000/- Rs and the rest was to be paid on the 2 instances. But due to the lockdown and covid pandemic being imposed in india from the beginning of May, flights got cancelled and rescheduled from Indigo and they refunded full amount 30000/- on 27th April, 2021 but travel triangle team is saying that we still not yet received the amount from airlines, when i contacted them they are saying we already refunded and it will be credited in 24 to 48 hours but after 15 days also still they are saying its not credited and blaming airlines. Now from the past 25 days i have been chasing the TravelTriangle agents and still my money amounting to 30000/- Rs has not been refunded back. I get lame excuses everytime i talk to the agents

                              Online booking firm Travel Triangle not refunding any money for the trip canceled due to the lockdown
                              Not receiving phone, not answering on mail.
                              End agent also not receiving phone, not answering on mail.
                              On mail, the agent promised to return 70, 767/- on mail [Proof Attached] and never refunded in the given timeline then onwards neither agent nor Travel Triangle taking responsibility for the refund [Proof Attached].

                              Not refunding even booking parts like Air tickets, hotels, land package were refundable.

                              All the mail communication proving following thing attach
                              1) Travel vouchers for TRIP ID 6334343
                              2) JOURNEY ROUTER - An agent replying to return 70, 767/- with a breakdown of deductions. No installment paid in actual and RAN AWAY.
                              3) when I contacted the agent again for a refund, Agent switched off the phone
                              4) Travel Triangle who actually bears the responsibility for my money NOT REPLYING/REFUNDING AT ALL

                              1) Booking date - Feb 2, 2020
                              2) Travel date - Apr 3, 2020

                                I have booked a holiday package to Andaman via travel triangle and its vendor (Himavat Destination) on Feb 13-2020 paying 17400, later on due to Covid restrictions my trip got cancelled and the travel triangle along with its vendor (Himavat Destination) assured me that the amount paid by me will be refunded back on march 24 -2020 with the cancellation charges even though it was a cancellation due to lockdown all over the country.

                                Later on even after sending multiple follow up emails no one responded back on the refund. In the month of September travel triangle gave me credit notes assuring that the amount will be refunded by 31 March- 2021 at any cost with out failure and that will be the final date from their side. Now they are changing their words stating that the credit note doesn't have any legal entity and refund amount will be given when ever they have funds. It has been more than 1 .5 year since the trip got cancelled and amount was not refunded back, none of the employees working with Travel Triangle and their vendor were concerned about my money and not even responding back politely. I dropped hundreds of emails requesting for the refund but the response was in very impolite manner. Even when I called them via mobile they were saying that the credit note issued was a fake one and seems like it was issued just to fool the customers I request the respected concerned department officials to look into this issue and help us to get our refund back. I am fighting on this from past one year but couldn't get any resolution.

                                I have all the details of the payment Invoice, credit note issued by the travel agent, emails. They will always say that they are going to call us back but will never do that, and keeps their phone switched off after seeing our messages or missed calls. I really wan to fight against this company for playing with our hard earned money

                                  Request you to kindly tell the status of the booking id 6919897.
                                  Inspite of regular follow ups with ASAP HOLIDAYS we are unable to get any substantial revert from there side.

                                  This is to be considered that at the time of booking the asap holidays said that they are booking my flights only and the land package they wil book later now when we approached them they are saying that they booked hotels and flights both in that amount (how is that possible???) and will not be able to do anything with the amount they spent on hotels in thailand.

                                  I must tell you that this is the first time we booked through a travel triangle and are still struggling till date to get an answer of our own money. My Bookings done through MMT are all sorted.

                                  Please do not just forward mails or give us the number of your agents for us to follwup .
                                  I would request you to please take an update on the following things .
                                  1.How much money of ours is there ?
                                  2.Options available with me for the left amount ?

                                    With reference to the above, I would like to inform you that I had booked trip for Kashmir from 12th April to 17th April 2020 and paid an amount of Rs. 50298. (Booking ID is 7121991).
                                    Because of Covid-19 the Government of India was implemented lock down all over India from March 20th 2020.

                                    I have requested Shri. Saurabh Ahuja, earlier Accounts Manager - Sales and Operations 10 times over phone to refund the amount of Rs.502, 98/-. But he has not refunded the amount.

                                    Now, the new Assistant Manager - Sales & Operations Shri. Shubham Singh has don't know how to speak with the customer.

                                    But, I am awaiting from past one year and continuously sending the email to travel triangle, but till today no response was received from travel triangle and I have not received refund from the Travel Triangle.

                                    I once again request you to kindly refund the amount.

                                      Due to increasing covid cases for safety reason i want to cancel my booking and i request travel agent to cancel booking and refund my money .

                                        Am talking about trip ID # 5950744
                                        I have made the booking in jan 2020 just before the pandemic erupted. I was to travel on April 4 2020. Since feb 2020 I have been following up “Timeless Travel a sub agent under travel triangle who did the booking. All the respond is we will refund your money but there is no response. Even travel triage sends out a automated email saying that we have noted your complaints and will get back to you in 24hrs but that 24hrs never came. I have paid 1lakh and haven’t got a single rupee back. At this point I want to approch legally to compensation for all the mental trauma I had to go thru. If someone approaches me I have emails from travel triangle and timeless travels dated starting jan 2020. Please suggest or guide me further to take this legally
