Whome to contact for this Neelanjana is not answering any call and saurav jha your sales person always his phone is switched off its and its almost a month now.kindly refund my money back. You are doing deductions still not refunding money back.so wrong behaviour....

I wanted to share my recent experience with TravelTriangle.com (Satguru holidays). I had booked a package for Dubai with TripId:7944218 . I had made an 1st payment of 30000/- Rs on 9th April, 2021 for total amount of - 84000/- Rs and the rest was to be paid on the 2 instances. But due to the lockdown and covid pandemic being imposed in india from the beginning of May, flights got cancelled and rescheduled from Indigo and they refunded full...

Online booking firm Travel Triangle not refunding any money for the trip canceled due to the lockdown
Not receiving phone, not answering on mail.
End agent also not receiving phone, not answering on mail.
On mail, the agent promised to return 70, 767/- on mail [Proof Attached] and never refunded in the given timeline then onwards neither agent nor Travel Triangle taking responsibility for the refund [Proof Attached]....

I have booked a holiday package to Andaman via travel triangle and its vendor (Himavat Destination) on Feb 13-2020 paying 17400, later on due to Covid restrictions my trip got cancelled and the travel triangle along with its vendor (Himavat Destination) assured me that the amount paid by me will be refunded back on march 24 -2020 with the cancellation charges even though it was a cancellation due to lockdown all over the country.

Inspite of regular follow ups with ASAP HOLIDAYS we are unable to get any substantial revert from there side.

This is to be considered that at the time of booking the asap holidays said that they are booking my flights only and the land package they wil book later now when we approached them they are saying that they booked hotels...

My booking with Cesta Journey was from 27 March 21 till 2 April 21.
Due to some maintainance work Srinagar-Jammu Highway remains close on friday but this information was not provided to us which the travel agaent was very well aware and suddently during the middle of the trip asked us to leave for jammu on thursday.
For Jammu Stay we paid extra although out booking with Cesta was till Friday...

Had travelled on March 2020 through travel triangle. Have given extra 9500 rupees to taxi driver because driver was not paid by travel triangle and driver told me without money he will not take us, so travel triangle agent (Aftab, Karan, Santosh) requested over phone to pay driver and that amount would be refunded. I paid that but till now I have not received the amount from Travel Triangle.

One Year Completed still not received...

This is a fraud company. We booked our andaman trip for march 2020 but had to cancel because of Covid situation. However, at that time Getzz destination asked us to pay 12000 extra as postponement charges mentioning that cancelling the trip would mean loss of 31000 which we had already paid for the trip.
Now the agency is asking for another 14000 for postponing the trip irrespective of the reason behind postponing. And travel triangle...

I am trying to reach customer care for many days now using this number[protected]. But the call always gets disconnect after saying that all the customer care executives are busy I have also mailed them many times and the system-generated mail says that someone will contact me in 24 hours but months have passed. no buddy contacted.

We made an international travel booking last year that was planned for May'20 and made two advance payments. However, due to COVID-19, the travel plan got cancelled.
