My money of Rs 196700 has been blocked by Travel Triangle and Red letter holidays for almost 2 years. I have mailed almost infinite times regarding the refund.
Whenever I mail, Travel triangle representative refers to Red letter holidays and red letter representative does not reply and whenever she replies it is like a threatening statement. Is this the way to treat customers.
She is asking me to "Better contact the airlines". Why should I talk to airlines? I have booked my package through Travel triangle.
I am not borrowing money from you, I am just asking for my money back.

    Hi, my original booking for Maldives was done somewhere around September'21. Due to COVID it got cancelled by the travel triangle team for which they gave us credit. Now we wanted to go on 25th November and was chasing tabish from past two months via whatsapp, calls etc and was getting continuous assurance that we would go but now at the last minute they say that all the resorts are booked and you cannot go. Because of this now we don't have enough time to book a trip for some other location as well. 25th November is our first anniversary and now just because of travel triangle irresponsible attitude and negligence towards customers sentiments and already paid money. I am highly disappointed. Subash Jha from travel triangle team is my manager and haven't received any output or seriousness from his end. Please connect me on [protected].

    After giving credit note, they have stopped replying to my emails and are not giving dates for any month. It looks like they are pushing us to cancel our trip and give them cancellation cut. It's a clear cut care of wrong information and fraud. Still no one from customer care has contacted me regarding this.

      Hi, I just completed my 8 days and 7 nights trip in Sikkim with tourepedia. It was very ok type trip for us despite spending over 1 lakhs (excluding flight). I have booked my flights by myself and hotels also I have only demanded to book those hotels, so the only work which this travel agency need to do was my cab transportation from one place to another including sightseeing. I was very clear since beginning that I need a good driver becoz first of all I was traveling with a 6 year old kid and secondly no matter how good ur itinerary is, i[censored] will not get a good driver then ur whole trip will be disaster. I have communicated the same thing to the salesperson whose name is renuka and she has promised me that I will get the best driver. But I got 6 drivers in my 8 days trip and it was completely horrible experience. Many times we somehow managed to avoid any accident. Drivers were driving so rough that it made the trip so horrible for us. Despite being in such a heavenly place just becoz of the cab and driving thing it made so pathetic experience for us. Only one driver Mr Dasay was good and his car was also in good condition. He is also a very nice person but other than him tourepedia use to take cab from other travel agency and becoz of that no body performs his duty properly. Our tour coordinator Mr Bharat is least bothered about customer's problem. He is just behind the money. I will also not do any booking with travel triangle in the future becoz they r not keeping registered or local travel agency for tour. Tourepedia is not based at Sikkim, they r dependent on other travel agency for cabs in Sikkim. So i will definitely not recommend this agency for tour in Sikkim and specially not when u r planning a trip with family.

        We have cancelled a trip that was booked for March 2020 because of coven lockdown. We have agreed on a refund amount this year and they haven't responded since then.

          Maldives Trip, Trip id-7254833.

          I have booked my Trip to Maldives in Feb 2020 & paid 2 installment amount of Rs 55, 000. Due to pandemic I was unable to travel & opted to cancellation & refund the amount in June2021. I have not received my refund still & there is no response to my Emails & calls from Travel Triangle.

            I had Booked a trip under booking Id 8160622 with travel triangle . They offered me the package for Rs 1.95 lakhs and then took advance of 26915 on 7th Sept 2021.
            This package rate is the rate i could also get at popular sites like booking.com.
            They told you will get hotel vouchers within 72 hours. I did not receive any travel vouchers after 72 hours i check so the agent told me that i will get back soon and he delayed for another 10 days. and then after 14 days of payment they told me that they cannot honor the booking because the cost has gone up and they will not be able to book.
            I tried contacting Puneet bhambrah, he told his boss is not in office and he even started not picking the calls.
            I called customer care and they said Puneet is available but is deliberately not picking up my call.
            Travel triangle Nitesh acknowledged the Poor Service and trouble caused but says Travel triangle is not liable for any damages

            Now after 17-18 days now when i booked the package though a different travel agency it cost me 50 thousand more for the exact same package.

            They are even not returning the Entire money they just are returning 25 and keeping the convenience Fees
            I would like to get a compensation of 50 thousand rupees against my Loss. Please look into the matter.

              We had booked a tour to turkey with White Rabbit holiday, Offbeat trippers through travel triangle in December 2019.Unfortunately because of the Covid 19 pandemic and the travel restrictions due to the international lockdowns and border shut downs the tour was postponed from Sept 2020 to the next available date. In fen 2021 Travel Triangle gave us 2 options, option one being forfeit 30% of the total tour cost as cancellation fees or travel within 3 months or lose the entire money. As travel restrictions were still in place none of the options were accepted by us and now the tour company is emailing stating entire money will be forfeited and that they are closing the case. This is a clear case of Fraud by the tour agency involved with Travel Triangle supporting the same.
              Need a fair solution for this.

                Fraud and cheat company

                In late august 2021, i have booked a maldives tour from travel triangle. And after a week of payment for first instalment, crafts holiday agent called up and told us that the hotel is fully booked and we cannot book it.
                They informed us about this after a week.
                When i asked for full refund they said that only 50% payment is refundable.
                I haven’t paid them for discussion of the hotels.

                  The holiday booking was cancelled due to Covid, and I was promised refund of over 2L after a hefty cancellation charge of 80k. Out of my 3.6 lakh booking.

                  It's been 1.5 years and no one is responding. Travel triangle now wants me fight legal cases directly with the agent and they won't support. Agent claims to have settled with Travel triangle and that I should talk to Travel triangle directly.

                  Both are making me wait and run in circles without providing any proper reply or refund.

The salesperson had produced the quote and explained all necessary requirements. We liked the resort (property) and approved it and had booked the package for November 2021 from Travel Triangle (TT) on 20th August, 2021. The quote was of INR One Lakh Thirty thousand only...

                    We had booked Thailand tour with this company in February 2019… they were recommended by your website… they were Outbound Tours from Jaipur

                    We cancelled the tour on their recommendation as there were COVID cases in Thailand and we were travelling with infant

                    At the time of cancellation they said we will get whole refund as Thai Air was giving refund due to developing COVID situation.. we are in constant touch with them

                    They are not refunding our amount ..Pending amount is Rs 2 Lacs … please help

                      Trip ID 6264358: Travel cancelled due to lockdown. My money is stuck with Travel triangle for more than 1.5 years. I have been continuously writing to you to give me back the refund. No body replies to mail, if you reply you refer to Red letter holiday and they dont reply.
                      No body is ready to solve the issue.
                      Kindly give me back the money at the earliest.

                          I had booked our trip for last year March 2020 then pandemic hit and lockdown started . Now this was not normal circumstances so I asked for refund but they right away denied saying as per policy no cancellation possible.

                          Therefore firstly TRIP was postponed to June 2020 but when it was not possible then they forced to take me package voucher of 161700/- valid till march 2021.

                          In January 2021 around 15th I asked for my travel to schedule on Feb 18th 2021, but travel agency said there is no availability in February 2021 (now that’s not my side of problem ) and asked me to travel in march (like I have to do what travel agency will tell me) not with my convenience. Since we didn't have any leaves in march so could not travel .

                          As we all know second wave of pandemic hit on april 2021 so no further plan could make out. Therefore validity extended till 31st October 2021.

                          Latest story:
                          My package was 3 nights 2 days,
                          ROOM TYPE - 01 NIGHT DELUXE BEACH VILLA WITH JACUZZI + 02 NIGHTS WATER VILLA, MEAL PLAN - ALL IN.

                          Now I asked my travel partner to arrange schedule on 18th to 21st oct but they are saying I have to pay additional 1100usd (90k inr) for same deal to pay to resort to get the same above package . Since that's not at all possible from my side to pay more I asked for refund but they are saying resort will deduct 900usd (approx. 60% around 72000/-)

                          Now I am losing a lot of money on both ways. I didn't not receive any kind of service yet.

                          As we know the pandemic situation was not created by me or by anyone, it was natural so this should have been considered special case and not try to use this as leverage to exploit customer.

                          I already lost time and money, basically I am the only looser in whole situation as all of travel, partner, resort, transport got their share without providing any service.

                          Most of all If you place for new travel request every executive in travel traingle is ready to call you, help you but when you want your concern to be heard no one picking up call and reverting emails.

                            My travel id was 6264358, tour to Mauritius from New Delhi from 26 April, 2020 to 3 May 2020. Due to covid pandemic my tour was cancelled. I have paid the entire amount of 1, 96, 700 in advance on Feb 2020.
                            After cancellation the tour operator gave me credit note with validity 31 March 2021 without my consent. Now the credit note period is over I want to have full refund.
                            It has been one and half year my money is stuck with Travel triangle.
                            Now nobody is replying my calls and noone even bother reply to the mails.
                            Travel triangle has harassed me in returning my own money and the company has made me hopeless.
                            The people who booked their packages from other travel agents got their money back.
                            I am in urgent need of money and now I have to beg travel triangle for my own money.
                            If I wont get the full refund within one week, I will go to the court and file mental harassment case against the Travel Triangle.
                            It was worst experience with Travel Triangle...

                              I had booked Maldives package for my son and daughter in law who got married on 19.03.20 as Honeymoon gift. But unfortunately due to on spread of Corona Virus it was not possible for them to travel.

                              Since both of them are Doctors in Germany they have very limited leaves it would not be possible for them to postpone their trip in near future.

                              These leaves were also sanctioned as a special case for their wedding.

                              In view of above and High alert and various initiatives of Government discouraging foreign travel, I requested Travel Triangle to refund the money to me. But they insisted for taking credit shell otherwise they would deduct 50 % amount. Vide my mail dated 25.04.20 I wrte to them that I would like 100 % refund as this is not as per Business ethics to force the customer to use your services at a later date when I had already explained my position to refund the amount as my son and daughter in law both are Doctors in Germany and will not be able to get leave for holidaying as they have to rise to the occassion and treat the Covid 19 patients which is going to take considerable time.

                              On the basis of your business policy you are forcing the customer to avail your services at any cost or get the refund at almost 60% deduction which you will agree is a big amount of the customer's hard earned money.
                              But they did not give in so reluctantly I agreed with a protest to refund full amount .Vide their mail dated 06.05.2020 they asked me to let them know the date of travel in September 2021. They also wrote that no need to decide it now if it is not decided yet. You can let us know the dates once the situation gets better.
                              Vide my mail dated 24.06.2021 I again asked for refund and wrote that due to continued Covid 19 wave prevailing in India and unfortunate demises of our family members we would not be in a position to undertake trip to Maldives.
                              But till date no reply has been received from their end.
                              Please help me get my hard earned money back with interest and penalty of causing torture in these difficult timed of Covid where every organisation is giving relaxation and treating customers sympathetically.

                                  I would like to highlight few points;

                                  1. We didn't cancel our Meghalaya trip, the Government of Meghalaya did so and that was not informed to us from your end. I NEVER CANCELLED MY TRIP. Pressurizing us to postpone our trip by charging an arbitrary cancellation fee from your own end is not acceptable.
                                  2. No-one from your travel agency informed me about the situation and travel policy of Meghalaya; it was me who called and asked for a solution.
                                  3. You have mentioned multiple times in the above trail mail that the trip was cancelled from our end - which is not true as it was government regulations that led to cancellation of the trip. I never cancelled my trip.
                                  4. We asked for a full refund, but your agent forced us to reschedule the trip; and we had no option but to agree with it.
                                  5. We planned the Manali trip in June which is scheduled from 29th July-1st August; but looking at the scenario in Himachal Pradesh right now it is not at all safe to travel. The government of Himachal has issued an orange alert and is discouraging tourists to visit the state. We don't wish to risk our life by going on this trip.

                                  Because of the type of service that has been provided from TravelTriangle, we do not wish to postpone this trip again or plan any other trip from travel triangle. Please consider all the above points and provide me the full refund as this is a special case, where traveling to this specific place - Manali for holiday is a threat to my life and to my partner.

                                  Finally, I request a full refund of the booking amount from Travel triangle. In case the Travel Triangle company still faces issues in giving back the refund, I will be forced to take up the matter in the Consumer forum court as 10, 600 rupees is not a small amount to be given up due to non-user friendly policies of your company.

                                  I am really not happy with the customer care experience of TravelTriangle.
