I am trying to reach customer care for many days now using this number[protected]. But the call always gets disconnect after saying that all the customer care executives are busy I have also mailed them many times and the system-generated mail says that someone will contact me in 24 hours but months have passed. no buddy contacted.

    We made an international travel booking last year that was planned for May'20 and made two advance payments. However, due to COVID-19, the travel plan got cancelled.
    Team however refused to pay the amount back in cash and forced us to accept the credit voucher. Currently, there is no scope of my travel in the near future and I regret to have been stuck with such a horrible travel company that does not cater to customer requirements. Based on the current pandemic situation, we are not interested in making any travel plan, not at least with this company which is super adamant when it comes to attending to customer needs.
    Request you to kindly refund the entire credit voucher amount as soon as possible.

      I have had a horrible package/trip experience to Kashmir after booking a package through Travel Triangle. The name of the travel agent is Classic Holidays Kashmir. My initial email went out on the 25th of February. Today, after 12 working days and around 19 overall days, I am yet to receive a single response from Travel Triangle. I have got no response from Customer Experience Team or from Customer Care. Customer Care keep mentioning to wait as the case is underway, which is against their own words of '7 day revert to queries'.
      All attachments of emails attached, from the initial email to subsequent reminders.

        Trip Booked For Andaman But Due To Lockdown, Travel Agent Suggest To Postpone The Trip. But Since Situation Didn't Improved So I Decided To Cancel The Trip And Agent Confirmed That They Will Refund After Deducting 25% Amount Ie Rs 39500/- Will Be Refunded. But After Several Follow Up No Proper Response Is There.

          We have already paid 10, 000/- in advance for the said booking. Agent is now asking for more payment directly. He said I should pay him directly otherwise they will not give us the services. Kindly help us to resolve the issue. Our travel period is from[protected] to[protected].

          Further, You had advised that we can travel in 1.5 years against payment done. Now no one from your team answering call and not responding email. We want full refund, please arrange on priority.

              As we had planned for Himachal trip in the month of April 2020.
              As the whole country in lockdown how we can plan.
              As we check with airlines the total amount have been credited to travel agency account.
              Mr sourab he is not responding to our quiry and we haven't received till now refund.pleade do the needful

                I have booked trip to sikkim. And I have transferred Rs 110000 to travel triangle. Now the agency (Travelx365)through which my trip was booked is not responding. Travel traingle says they are not laible for my money and asking me to take legal actions

                  We have made a tour package booking to Andaman last year and our travel date was 10th April 2020 to 14th April 2020 and an advance amount of of 15388 had been paid to travel triangle.(Trip ID[protected]

                  Due to Corona out break all the flights cancelled and hotels where closed in Andaman and hence we decided to cancel our journey.

                  We have waited almost 1 year understanding the situation to get back out refund amount .

                  Now the travel agent is ready to give our refund and they agreed on the refund amount.
                  They where saying currently the amount is with travel triangle so i have to get in touch with Travel triangle. I have keep on calling their customer care number and i am also following up a mail communication with them but now they are not responding to mail chains and also not able to connect to their customer care.

                  Kindly check on this issue and help us to get our money refunded.

                    I had booked Uttarakhand holiday customized package last year dated from 9th May 2020 to 19th May2020 with travel triangle.

                    The total package was of ₹1, 95, 000 out of which I had already paid ₹1, 10, 000.

                    Hotel booking of ₹57, 000 and flight booking of ₹53, 000

                    Due to pandemic, the trip had to be cancelled.

                    When I asked for refund, they mentioned that hotel booking cannot be refunded but only flight booking will enter credit shell that I can use within 1 year.

                    Last week, 22nd Feb 2021, when I called up the flight company to use the credit shell, I received the information that the credit shell has been liquidated and amount has been refunded back to the company in June 2020.

                    Meaning, it has been more than 7 months that the flight charges have been refunded, but the company Travel Triangle never intimated me.

                    Now, I have doubt that the hotel charges too might have been refunded back to them.

                    Worst case is that they disconnect my calls and never return my mails after explaining the situation.

                    Worst company ever to book your holiday.

                      This is regarding Trip ID 6638687 with travel triangle where we booked a trip to Maldives in March 2020 but were unable to travel due to CoVID. These looters have left us in a limbo and the third party Youngistan Travellers with whom the trip was organised is equally non commital. It seems they have run away with the money we paid them in full just before the trip, a whopping amount of 2, 20, 500!!! And now there is no response to mails/calls from either TT or Youngistan. In particular, dealing with Yashica Grover from Travel Triangle and Gourav Dubey from Youngistan. We have been after them since March 2020 and we have no answer from them in terms of refund or rescheduling!!

                        I have just a trip via Travel triangle. They provided couple of agent to contact and discuss about trip plan. I connected with them and finalized the trip from one of them. Now when I discussed about the plan they told me to provide 4* hotel and when I got the brochure I found it was 3*. For that, I connected with agent but they just describe its a 4* user review wise. I had already paid for the same so I tried to connect with Travel Triangle agent but she didn't responded me. After that my few friends made a plan for the same with me so I just wanted to connect with travel triangle team to provide the accommodation for all but neither customer nor agent replied to me and 2-3 days before departure agent replied me on whatsapp and said I was on leave. So at least there should be some one to assist me.Now when I asked for refund they showing me company policies and all. Which is fine but they are also responsible for the same and should compensate at least 50:50 in this. Now after throwing several mails they even not responding me.

                          We had booked a trip Booking ID 6662351 which did not materialize due to pandemic.. now when we are cancelling the trip.. we are being charged 30% inspite of providing a written document where they had mentioned we will receive 100% refund in case the trip is cancelled before 90 days. This is highly irresponsible of the brand.We would need our money back 100%

                            I had booked for trip to south with travel triangle for 1st week May2020. But due to covid19 trip was cancelled and i had requested for refund of amount, refund not recieved since past 10 months Company is giving false assurance and giving silly reasons unable to refund.Travel agents of this company are not responding to my mails.

                            Kindly look to matter and resovle my complain.

                              I have booked a trip to kerala ( 4D/3N ) on 10th of june. but unfortunately due to covid-19 issue we are planning to cancel the trip for safety purpose.

                                I had booked a trip to Sikkim using TravelTriangle with TravelX365 travel agent. My booking id is 7085060. I have postponed my trip on Friday 06 March 2020 due to Covid scenarios. I have been promised refund in form of vouchers. Since then I had interacted with multiple people from multiple platforms like travel agents from Travelx365 and travel triangle customer care, but still didn't got any positive response from anyone.

                                Now after so much mental harassment, I would like my money to get refunded since I don't want to ever get associated with TravelTriangle in any possible way.

                                Even same case with me I had booked a trip to Sikkim on march 22nd 2020 but due to pandemic the trip got postponed but neither travel triangle nor Travelx365 is replying anything. I had already paid 45000 rs

                                  Andaman trip Refund March 2019

                                  I have trip for aandam nicobar at March 2019 Due to Covid 19 i will postponed my trip Sep 2019 on than due to lockdown that day trip not possible. Now i ll refund my full package amount i.e Rs 32, 500/-. Now i am not possible to trivel next 8 month.

                                  I had paid the 50% of invoice amount as a first installment to travel triangle as per travel triangle request and the trip was cancelled due to Covid19 pandemic.
                                  please refund my amount Rs.6540 to my bank account immediately.

                                  Travel triangle and Corporates Host destination need to sort out this issue and please do not put me in trouble for this refund.

                                  Credit not issued by Corporate Host for Rs.5312 and the same was not accepted by me. Please provide the break up for Rs.5312 and as per my calculation the refund amount shall be Rs. 6540

                                    This is Vasavi Bhat and i had taken Kashmir package for myself from Sufi Sharma who is a Travel heights Agent( this is what told to me) and transferred 12, 110rs( 1st installment) to her on Jan 7, 2021. Dates of travel - 6th feb-11th feb 2021. She booked wrong hotels through travel triangle agent and that too on wrong dates. I asked for the different hotel options, she gave me expensive hotel options and when i didn't agree for it, she told me to cancel the trip and promised to refund my entire amount . Now, she is denying to refund my amount . Please help me refund my amount. I have the proof of hotels she promised and hotels she offered later and change of dates .
