Travel Triangle — Refund not Provided after Cancellation

I had booked a package for Kashmir with TripId:790840 for 10 nights and 9 days from date 15 May 2020 to 24 May 2020. I had made an advance payment of 28, 200/- Rs on 4th Feb out of total - 96000/- Rs and the rest was to be paid in the following dates are 15, 19, 20 May, 2020. But due to the Corona virus, we were asked to postponed trip to next year(2021), Still the siutations are not back to normal. Therefore, we decided to go for Trip Cancellation. Now from the past four months i have been chasing the TravelTriangle agents and still my money amounting to 28, 200/- Rs has not been refunded back.
