I booked my trip via craft holiday planners (Ref no 7050356). Due to covid 19, we were unable to travel on the said dates and as per options given at your end, we preferred for refund option. I am following up with your backend team (Deepanshu juneja) along with craft holiday planners since may'20 but i am not getting satisfactory result. I haven't got refund yet. On my continuos followup l, the said travel agency is telling us that the concerned airline has not yet opened their office. Please understand, we cannot wait further
