Travel Triangle — refund of cancelled trip | |||
We had booked the holiday package on 9th feb 2020 from travel triangle. Details are; trip duration 7 days 6 nights from 20th april to 26th april, destination: mauritius from pune, maharashtra, total cost:175, 000/- and we have paid 101, 000/- in 3 installments. Due to covid 19 pandemic we cancelled our tour on 21st march. We followed them for refund of amount. They are not responding at all. We had asked the airline about the tickets and got a response that they are refunding the full amount. Still we haven't received any money. We have this communication on email as well.
