I had an planned trip to mauritius on jun 2nd and due to covid -19 situation it was cancelled and i had an word with the travel agent and they said i will be getting the credit note on the flight changes which i had already paid for. And it's already been 2 months and there is no updates on it. All the phone numbers which where active are switched off and even the email address are not reachable.
Kindly request you to provide my credit note on the amount i have already paid on the trip please.
