Travel Triangle — refund of my cancelled sri lanka trip

Hi : i booked for 7 nights and local travel with travel triangle. I had specifically requested that i need cancellation clause incase we are not able to travel due to covid19. Tjhe booking was done by shivangi johri.
I was asked to pay in 2 installments and i paid my first installment. Due to covid 19 i requested to cancel my trip and refund the money. At this point i was told by mr niraj kumar that my trip has been cancelled and refund will be done in next 10 working days.
After 7 days i followed up with niraj and i was told that my cancellation has been processed and my money should be in my mode of transaction. After that i tried to follow with niraj and shivangi but they are not picking my phone.
I raised a complain in customer care through email but they have not responded or contacted.
This is a very poor customer service and if this is the way they work govt should shut down their business for such unethical way of working.
