Travel Triangle — Refund of tour

my son booked kerla tour in 7/1/20 and paid 10000 rs dt 8/1/20 and 2nd intallment rs 12275 dt 1/3/20 but due to covid situation tour canceled.but i never get any refund from above company.
pl help me to receive refund early
