Travel Triangle — Refund Pending

Hello Team,
I was in touch with Travel Triangle's Agent.
Trip was planned and i paid the advance, because of some personal reason i requested cancellation and I accepted the charges.

As per the Email I was communicated as
"The total package is 2000 USD, will be charged 10%, is 200 USD. You deposited 561 USD, the remaining is 131 USD. We will support 30 USD, So the remaining is 161 usd. Travel Triangle will refund remaining for you."

Post that travel triangle team sent another email saying that

"Dear Traveller
You paid 561$
agent cancellation 400$
Travel triangle cancellation 40$ per pax =80$
cfess 11$ non refundable
5% Tcs on paid amount =26$
Refundable amount =44$ "

I am getting charged twice for cancellation and as per the terms and conditions, it is clearly mentioned that

" Cancellations fee will be charged as follows:
• + After confirmed booking: 10% (For me 10% was applicable)
• + 59 - 30 days prior to arrival date: 5%
• + 29 - 15 days prior to arrival date: 40%
• + 14 – 8 days prior to arrival date: 50 %
• + 7 days prior to arrival date: 100 %
• + No show: 100%
• + Flight ticket in tour is non-refundable "

I am attaching all the documents and screenshots for emails
unable to add the PDF document of the package but attaching the screenshots.

Hello,
Travel Triangle team reached out to me.
I was informed by the Travel Triangle team that there will be two cancellation charges – one from the Travel Triangle agent and another from Travel Triangle itself. The charges are as follows:
I paid $561, agent cancellation fee is $400,
Travel Triangle cancellation fee is $40 per person, totaling $80,
a non-refundable fee of $11,
5% TCS on the paid amount, which is $26, (I dont know why TCS is applicable here)
resulting in a refundable amount of $44.

The provided itinerary did not mention anything about dual cancellation charges. During my conversation with the Travel Triangle team, I shared a screenshot and a screen recording of the application, where no information about dual charges was displayed. I made the payment through the Travel Triangle application, and no mention of dual charges was made.

Now, the Travel Triangle team is asking me to check their website and the trip's terms and conditions, where they claim everything about dual cancellation charges is specified. However, this seems misleading, as there was no mention of it in the trip itinerary and Travel Triangle application. Despite this, the team insists that I refer to their website, where they allegedly have detailed information about dual cancellation charges.
