[Resolved]  Travel Triangle — Refunding of money

My travel trip id is : - 6972105. We had booked a trip through travel triange. Due to covid-19 crisis we are not able to go on trip.

As per government rules has come, they should have refund our money because we are not responsible for cancelling this trip.
Kindly help in refunding our money back as soon as possible.

Dear Ma'am,

Kindly revert on mail as soon as possible. I had also send you mail. At least you should respond to my mail. Being a customer of travel triangle we must not accept such kind of irresponsibility.

Ok sure. But i am so much disappointed that i am taking follow up since june now august has come but still you need time. Everything is clear either you refund the money back or give the credit note to us. Kindly check up with airlines guidelines.
