Travel agent are non-cooperative, rude, unable to provide solution to any query and misguiding us. They are not making payment to driver on time so driver may refuse any time to continue trip. If we call them after particular amount of time if they are not able to provide solution for query, they say we are busy and do not have time to resolve your query and disconnect the call.
