[Resolved] Travel Triangle — regarding holiday trip amid covid 19 outrage | |||
I want to have more clarification regarding my upcoming trip to dps (Bali) from new delhi, india which has been booked via travel triangle /wings of fly (Booking id 6108776) and amounts to 76500 inr of which i have already paid 41000 in 3 installment. Amid covid -19 outrage since tourists visas has been cancelled at bali and recent guideline by travel advisory Of india and bali thatt "incoming travelers are advised to avoid non-essential travel and are informed that they can be quarantined for a minimum of 14 days on their arrival in india", traveling has become quite volatile situation. According to health ministry data, as of this morning, indonesia has 172 confirmed covid-19 cases and it is still on the rise and in india also no of cases who has a travel history of bali is on the rise as well. At such tough times tt should support their customers and align to their best interst/saftey insted of making few buks. The impact of covid 19 is huge and clearly affected us all in some way or the other which is why i think tt should consider waiving off cancellation charges or reschedule charges. Even after i have put lot of mails to them no one from tt is able to clarify the same and to my surprise they are not able to revert to my concerns as well. It is quite difficult to fathom that at the time of booking we have encountered 1000 calls and 100 emails by tt but during any concerns the no. Drops down to 0. Was this information helpful? | |||
