Travel Triangle — Request for refund of my advance amount

We have booked kanyakumari trip from travel triangle agency with help of ky holidays . At the booking time we have paid advance amount of rs.2000/- the advance amount has been not settled till date due to covid19 issue the trip was cancelled from agency.
