Hi, Its been almost 2 months since i have cancelled the trip and the refund was supposed to happen in 15 days. From then on, all i hear is that it is in progress and it would take time. I am not able to get any update on when i willl get my refund. No one is helping. All your agents are not answering phone calls. You cannot hold my money for so long. Was this information helpful?
