Travel Triangle — Tcs refund issue

We booked via travel triangle. Singapore family trip. but we paid all the mat from my current account. I'm eligible to get a refund tcs. chetna from travel triangle didn't gave any help. the booking gave to house of travelers from Lucknow. his name is prathumn he doesn't care about customer queries. so they looting the tax money. April month they need to file the tax. but after 8 months still no answer from both the sides.
