Travel Triangle — tour package #7127449, only 32000 out of 1.5 lakhs was refunded from airline and no more refunds are being processed

I have booked a tour package for northeast in march, but due to lockdown i had to cancel my package.

I have paid 1.5 lakhs for the package of 6 people in advance.

Out of it only 32000 was refunded from airline and no more refunds are being processed. I am following up since last 3 months. I understand due to lockdown the processing gets delayed, but sice june 8 everything is started and still my balance refund is not being processed.
