This is regarding Trip ID: 7211347 which we had planned initially for MAR 2020 but due to COVID lockdown we were provided the option to reschedule it later on till MAR 2022.
Now when we were planning to complete this trip and inquired about same, Travel Triangle replied back with below message:
"This agent has been blacklisted and handovered to the legal team. So we are not able to provide any solution or alternate against the bookings of this agent."
This is clear case of : Denial of Service. We dropped multiple emails to know more when can we get our money back. In reply we were told that Agent is blacklisted, Legal team is looking into the issue, if you want you can take legal action against Agent.
If I've to take action against Agent then what Travel Triangle is doing as a middleware between Agents and Customers?
Below is the breakup of the Sum paid by me to Travel Triangle :
Total Amount Paid - Rs 15, 600/-
Amount with TT - Rs 8, 091/-
Amount with Agent - Rs 7, 509/-
I request officials to kindly look into the issue and help me with refund of money which I paid during the time of booking : Rs 15, 600/-. Was this information helpful? |
