Travel Triangle — trip miscommunication and delayed refund | |||
They made an itinerary and didnt stick to it. From the person who talked to me in the begining to their post sales team, everything was bizzare and uncoordinated and i had to follow up even during the holidays. They forgot to get my tickets and promised me refunds as i had already paid for them earlier. It has been almost two months, they granted the refund, took my bank details and have been evading calls and emails since. This is a fraud place.
