I had booked a trip via Travel Triangle to Kashmir. The trip was to start from 27th May.
On the 1st of May, due to some personal issue, I had to cancel the trip. I have been sending requests & reminders to Travel Triangle about this. The trip has even been cancelled by the vendor in Srinagar, Zipgo. However I am yet to receive any sort of confirmation from Travel Triangle. In fact, I am getting reminders to make the payment for the remaining amount.
I havent received any help from Travel Triangle during my email conversation with Zipgo. They were rude to me. I have marked Travel Triangle in all those emails. Till date not a single person from Travel Triangle has deemed it fit to call me about this.
I have been a regular customer of Travel Triangle. However this experience has left me very bitter now. I dont want to use Travel Triangle anymore.
