I had dropped an email to customer care on 1st Jan regarding hotel issues while I was on trip.
Rewritting the issue now-
I had booked a trip via Tripsailer to Rajasthan.
The very first day we landed, we traveled to Hotel Shree Vilas, Tripsailer provided was third class hotel -
1. Although Preety Agarwal from Tripsailer knew that our flight will be landed midnight, still she did not inform Hotel and then at midnight hotel refused to check us in.
We faced rude behavior from Hotel staff at midnight. We were shivering outside Hotel as no one took us in the Hotel.
After lot of follow ups with Preety for an hour, hotel staff let us in.
In the morning also, we were searching for staff to get the basic needs, tooth paste, breakfast, etc. After half an hour of search, we found a guy and asked for breakfast as there was no one at reception areas.
2. Preety changed hotel in the evening, due to which we had to travel to and from from old hotel to New hotel just because she provided third class hotel. We lost 3 hours in travel because the hotel wasn't in city.
After we spoke to Preety about 1 day charge refund, she and her senior both spoke very rudely to us while on trip.
Please guide us.
