Our trip turned into a mess because the person who booked it left the company and made a lot of mistakes. Nobody wanted to take responsibility for those mistakes. We agreed over the phone that a jungle safari was part of our package, but it got booked for the wrong day. Since canceling wasn't an option, they asked us to pay an extra 4400 for the safari, which we reluctantly did.
This was supposed to be our anniversary trip, but it turned out to be stressful because we had to keep talking to them and negotiating the safari price. The agent mentioned that the safari was part of the exclusion list in the quote but in reality, the same was not reflected in the app. I didn't notice that, and they used it against us, asking for proof that the agent agreed to the safari.
It's frustrating because they sent us tickets and booked it in the first place, so why ask for proof? These people aren't professional, and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. It felt like they cared more about making money than fixing their errors. I don't recommend Travel Triangle if they can't check and fix these issues.
