[Resolved] Travelguru — Cancelling booking after taking whole payment | |||
I did booking for Bella Heights in Dharamshala. Gave the complete payment on 4th September, 2014. I need to travel on 2nd October, 2014 and now Travelguru called me and said that Hotel is not available. I paid advance to Palampur Hotel and also to Taxi. Compensate my damages please. They spoilt my whole trip...I need immediate resolution of my issue. Hotel : Bella Heights, MCLEODGANJ, India Booking ID. TGUA[protected]. Now She is saying no property is available and giving us [censored] options in lousy hotels..I need you to compensate looses that I incurred. Options given are very bad.
