[Resolved]  Travelguru.com — Hotel Room CONFIRMATION Number not obtained - Required for Cancellation

Dear Sir, My Hotel Booking ID : TGU[protected], Name : MAHADEV NELLUR email ID : [protected]@yahoo.com Mobile No. : +91 [protected] (Mysore, Katnataka state) Hotel Booked : Panchasheela, Madagaon, Goa : From 15th to 18th Dec 2013 Sir, Due to death message I would like to cancel my trip. and I wanted to cancel my booking through on-line. But system is asking "COMFIRMATION Number". I contacted Hotel, Panchasheela, they confirmed that room is is booked. How to cancel my bookings. Please advice. TravelGuru tells cancellation without Charge !!!. But I am unable to cancel my Hotel bookings through on-line. The Number [protected] is not useful because there is NO OPTION for Booking Cancellation. Kindly help me. So that I believe in Travel Guru and book my next hotel bookings.
