I had ordered dinner for my son .Which had to be delivered at ernakulam station(kerala) I have already made payment online. SMS was continuously coming your order will bw delivered, you must present on your seat. My son was waiting but at ernakulam station no one had came..I made call on [protected] for not delevering food on ernakulam station, they told me that they were checking latest status...meanwhile I was inquiring my son that he got dinner or not...he replied me ..not...Now I tried to contact on [protected]..but theire phone was coming continuosly busy..after 45 minutes contact was made..they told me if dinner was not deliver they are cancelling my order...now time was 10.00..pentry service was stopped my son remained hungry...very worst service...donot use this site to book your order Was this information helpful? |
