Action amount status requested time success time bank arn [protected] [protected] [protected] capture 595.00 success[protected]:06:[protected]:27:31 na I had made an online transaction at punbusonline.com (Punjab roadways) on 23rd april, 2019 to book a bus ticket to attend a funeral in chandigarh. I made the payment through ‘pay u’ option available at punbus portal. However, the amount (595 inr) was debited/charged at my sbi credit card but the transaction never went through and it timed out after a while with an error message. I went to your website to check for customer service and did see an faq promising amount back in 48 hrs.in such situations. It has been 2 weeks now and i am still to receive the refund of my failed transaction. Please help! Was this information helpful? | |
