I booked bus ticket from chandigarh to jammu from travelyaari (Punbus - 11:40 am). Due to misunderstanding of timings i wanted to cancel my ticket. I wrote email to [protected]@travelyaari.com and called them @10:35 am and explained them my reason to cancel this ticket. But keep asking me questions and they make it 10:40 and then they told me that we cant refund your money according to our terms and conditions. They deliberately delayed this process.
They took 5 mins for asking my phone number and my name to cancel that ticket. And then gave me this silly reason that we can't give you refund because before 1 hour of journey we cant give refund. Was this information helpful? |
