Travolook — Refund delayed

. The details of my booking is mentioned below:-

air india - vzg to mbi - REF[protected] Rs. 5410
indigo - vzg to mbi - REF[protected] Rs. 4152
air asia - mbi to del - PNR A2KSHJ - Rs. 2502

When the flights were cancelled, not only my money was deducted but also I was unable to go home after 1 year. I called your customer care and after waiting for 35 mins finally I was able to get through to them and they assured me that I will get my money within 10 - 15 days. As I understand the formalities which are required before transfer of the money, I waited long enough after writing this to you. It's been more than 15 days and after 10 -12 calls to your customer care and repeatedly being assured by your customer care executive that money will be transferred in next 2-3 days, I am still waiting for the money to be deposited in my account. Finally when today i called them I am being told that i willl have to wait another 30 - 35 days to get my money back.
