I was quite a fan of tresmode shoes, loved the designs but the last 2 buys that i made, were just plain pathetic... The photo that i have attached with this post of the shoes that i bought last are so uncomfortable that i cannot wear them anywhere and also considering the fact they were so expensive. Tresmode really, i mean if the shoes can be so expensive, atleast you can take care of the comfort of the customers buying this crap.

    Have bought a pair of Tresmode Loafers for Rs. 4, 200/- from Shopperstop and stitches of both the shoe started unstitched. I raised a compliant at Shopperstop and they re-stitched but same problem started again. Moreover, these shoes are very slippery and very comfortable while walking on the very smooth area. When I informed same with customer care, their response was very sarcastic saying “I am afraid there is nothing that can give it extra grip.”

    I would like to shout out and say, please do not purchase Tresmode Shoes.

      Hi,

      I bought a pair of black formal shoes from mumbai airport 4-5 months back and a part of the heel has just come off.

      It’s surprising such expensive shoes can have such bad quality.

      I don’t have the time to visit a treatise outlet and wait for 15 days. I will be buying a another pair and possibly throw these.

      Would like to highlight however you are loosing a loyal customer.

      Do let me know how you would like to take the same forward.

        I purchased a shoe from the Mumbai airport - T2 terminal Tresmode showroom one month back on 2nd of August, 2018 and the soles of both the shoes have peeled off.

        I have not worn the product more than 10 times! How can you make a product which is so flimsy and charge so much for the same??

        I am really disappointed with the product.

        I tried calling the customer care atleast 5 times and to my greatest surprise, executives picked up the call and then put me on hold and then disconnected it.

        Why do you give a call centre no. if you don't intend to take a customer's call?

        I would like a refund immediately for this.

          Hi,

          I recently purchased the shoes on 20th april 2018.

          After less than a month o[censored]se the sole of the shoe has collapsed. And this had happened on both shoes. I was having a severe pain in my foot and only on checking the shoes realized that the sole is broken.

          I was using the same shoe earlier and then same thing happened to them but after 1.5 years o[censored]se.

          I need a refund for the shoes since the same thing has happened twice and i do not intend to use tresmode shoes every again.

            Hi, i had bought a tresmode formal shoe (Woman) on 15-04-18.in the past one month i would have worn the shoe some 10 times only and the heal has torn.
            Very poor product quality
            Item code on my bill is[protected] lds_ftwr.
            I bought the piece on no discount for 2700.
            Utter waste of money.
            I would want to apply for a full refund. But i have no clue of the procedure

              I recently purchased shoes from your outlet at the terminal 2 mumbai international airport. I wore the shoes once and the sole cracked and there is a big hole now in the shoe.

              I have no clue how to get them replaced as i cannot visit the outlet unless i travel by air.

                Hi, i broght tresmode footwear from saket mall delhi on 8th jan 2018. Those footwear was of 3300 inr (Fresh piece not on discount) which was expensive. When i wore those on next day it gave me a really bad shoe bite. I wore it again on 26jan but still i had a very bad experience. Even i have to buy another shoe (At the same time) because of the discomfort. If a customer spends money they expect comfort. Kindly let me know what can be done in this case.

                    Sir, i had purchased a pair of tresmode shoes (Item description 169 jordan black 41/07 4800) at a price of rs. 2880/- from a showroom at quest mall, kolkata, west bengal, on 03/07/2017. The sole of the shoes were damaged even after a single use. Then immediately i informed the showroom regarding this matter, and they had told that time you can come anytime and we will repair the shoes. But when i personally went there with the pair of shoes, they refused to take the shoes.
                    Now kindly tell me what should i do now. And this is not expected from a brand like you.

                      Hi, i have purchased two sandals from tres mode. I had complaint about sandal. I had good discussion over sandals sole n heel. Even i had send mail too bt no response from company. When will you take action. It's warranty period has already passed.
                      When i visited tres mode store they said your sandal will be repaired. After 2 week they said we will exchange your sandal. When i visited store, i had selected one pair of sandal bt they refuse to exchange because i had purchased with discount.
                      Is there any rule if i purchas tresmode sandal with discount then it'll not be repair?
                      When i had chat with customer care about my problem. They said send us mail. We will look after your problem. I am still in waiting of mail.

                      Thank you for reaching out to us however we are afraid to inform you that this is the first complain received from your end. Also to clarify that the above concern raised seems to be contradictory in statements made. Allow us to help you resolve your concern here.

                      1.You claim to have raised the concern (not sure where) and that you had a long discussion about the shoe in that case where did the company fall short in reverting to your concern. The statement means you did receive a note from us.
                      2.Thank you for visiting our store to drop the shoe for repair and glad you acknowledged that you received a call where you were offered an exchange in 15days of time because we take 10-15 days in repair process which is also mentioned on the retention slip that is given while you give shoe for repair.
                      3.We at Tresmode follow policy where if you buy a product on sale and if the customer is facing any problem, we only offer repair service but mostly we do go ahead and offer an exchange however this exchange is valid only on non-discounted shoe.
                      4. Thank for reaching out to our chat team and they did ask you to send an e-mail hence yes we are awaiting your mail.
                      Also request you to attach the previous mails as you claim that no one from customer care has responded to your mails.

                        My complain ID is SOIN[protected]. I had received a call from Lenovo Care at Bhubaneswar near Bhawani Mall on 05.07.2017 that my ordered product has arrived and I need to receive the same. Though I came on 06.07.2017 at about 11.00 AM, they have not yet handed over me the product. Though I sat in the Lenovo Care, without giving me the product, they are wandering here & there and gone for lunch. It's really very poor service & unbecoming behavior of service personnel. I'm very dissatisfied with Lenovo service... Hence the service personnel may be warned to serve with care and behave properly, otherwise customer like me will loose their hope & faith on Lenovo in future. The action taken may be intimated to me for reference.

                          I bought Tresmode sandal 3 months before, today I saw that it's sole is completely teared. Very bad quality sandals worthless of such expensive price.

                          After using these sandals I feel the street shop sandals are more durable than this brand. Keeping the price of the sandals too high only because of brand name. Very bad service they have .

                          I need my money back or the sandal replaced. Very disappointed using the product .

                            Paid 3600 for a pair of black heels. Bought them last night.
                            Bad quality of shoes.

                            Decided to wear them for office. Within a few hours of wearing it, the material has started coming off at 2 /3 places. Quality of the material is really bad.

                            In a state of shock, my level of belief on Tresmode has plummeted to zero.

                              Dear Team,

                              I have bought 1 pair of shoes from Tresmode which breaks down in 7 months only, what is the fun to pay such amount to the company if it not lasts long.
                              It could better I bought some local shoes then.

                              I submit the pair on 8th Jan (slip no. 204) at select city walk, saket (DELHI) for exchange, but till date no response received from the store, even I visit on 22nd again for the same, and the store manager ensured will get the reply on 23rd. Today we are sitting on 26th, neither mail nor call I received for the same.

                              If you are not able to provide the solution/ services, no fun to run the store.

                              I am highly dissatisfied with the company products as well as services provided by them.

                              You are requested to change the pair or return my amount, at the earliest.
                              I never recommend in my circle to buy from Tresmode as i lost my trust completely. and in today's scenario word of mouth means a lot.

                                For the past several purchases made I have not received the membership points. Every time the store sales staff tell me there's no signal in the store you will receive the SMS in 10 minutes but I never do! But at the same time I receive messages from the bank about my account being debited. Stop cheating customers! I need all the points I have earned through purchases till date. This has been happening with me for the last 5 purchases. I have shoppped for around 10-12k.

                                  Hi team, I bought tresmode footwear from Jabong.com. Those footwear was of 3300 INR. (Which was on the expensive side). When I wore these few days back for the first time, we gave a really bad shoe bite. I am shocked to experience such thing with tresmode. It is one of the premium shoe brand for indian customers. When the customer spends 3300 for a footwear, they expect comfort not wounds. After this wound, i had to get myself injected with a TT injection as the wound was really bad. I am attaching the order number from Jabong and pictures of my wound. Kindly let me know, what can be done in this case.

Have been a loyal customer of tresmode but after this incidence, Cant believe even after spending so much the quality is like that of road side shoes. what is that they are charging for? just the brand label? with zing bang store and staff? this is ridiculous.                                       Hi,

                                      i bought a pair of flats for more then Rs. 3000 and within 15 days o[censored]sing it sparingly, the shoe has already broken and the color has started to fade off.

                                      Have been a loyal customer of tresmode but after this incidence, Cant believe even after spending so much the quality is like that of road side shoes. what is that they are charging for? just the brand label? with zing bang store and staff? this is ridiculous. Looks like the brand has lost all its essence.
                                      need to have a solution to this asap.

                                        Had a very bad experience at tresmode..bought a pair of shoes two months back..15 back I noticed that the leather had started peeling off..took to the store, they they assured me that that I'll get a new pair..but would have to wait for a couple of days...that's when the real issue started..there was absolutely no contact for 10 days..and after I called at least thrice they told me that nothing could be done...My shoe still lying at their shop..anyways it's useless for me now..beware of buying stuff from tresmode..absolutely no level of service and very poor quality..
                                        Tresmode customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
