I bought tresmode shoes 2 months back..and few days back i realised that leather had started peeling. I took it to the store where I was given an assurance that I would get an exchange within a week..but I didn't hear anything from them..hence I called to check..after calling them three times I was told that nothing could be done... I am very disappointed with their service..clearly they have lost a customer today...

    I purchased wages from Tresmode and it's buckle broke in first use itself, i given back to the shope it take 15 days to replace a buckle and then on next use its sole came out and now its nearly 2months it's with the dealer and they keep on telling we will replace it give it to you next week, does for all that crap i pay 3000 Rs... Worst Brand

      In 3 months 2 pair of shoes..!! and still no consumer satisfaction .... tresmode sucks!!! the first pair i purchased, the sole broke within a month .. and in exchange what i purchased it stinks...!!! and now when i return the shoes, they say nothing can be done about it .. cause they never got a complaint like that before... are they waiting for everyone to complaint to take an action...??!!!

      wat the hell .... i didnt pay 1300 for this crap!!! i want my money back...!!!!!!!!!!

      they just cant tell the consumer nothing can be done about the shoes!! i never asked them to make stinky shoes ... it is their duty to give us good quality product!!!! after paying so much we expect something good in return ... not a pair of stinky shoes ...!

      I had purchased tresmode Leather boots from select city walk new delhi outlet. The very first time I wore them within half hour it's leather started chipping off not from one but from four places. On asking for a solution about it at the store they refused to provide any sort of assisstance regarding it. The leather quality is so degraded that without getting rubbed against any surface the leather had started peeling off. This was the worst expirience I have ever had with a shoe. I won't ever purchase a shoe from tresmode.

        this is to bring to your notice that i have purchased one tresmode chappal on 31st october worth Rs.1700 from bandra linking road Tresmode store INVOICE NO-5297 and Replacement bill no 2188.as 12/11/2010
        in which due to manufacturing defect the strap of left pair chappal was torned/broken off in just 2 days ..so i requested the store to replace it but failure to which am applying to consumer forum to look into the matter and solve my issue ,the product was of bad quality leather material used in chappal.
        please help in solving this issue

          I had purchaced a pair of gents shoes and a pair of ladies sandles from tresmode linking road stores surprisingly boath the pairs are defective as both the shoes and sandles are biiting from behind i have returned at the stores and the product retension reciept slip no is 2111 date 16/09/2010. it is a shocking experiance that a brand such as tresmode is having a biting problem which will further stop me from purchasing your product

            tresmode (footwear)

            Below average quality and irresponsible customer service
            Dear Sir,

            This is with reference to the Footwear that I purchased from Tresmode I had visited the store on Linking road to get my pair of white footwear exchanged.
            The exchange service was not provided to me stating that nothing could be done from the store and the complain has to be forwarded to the manufacturer itself.
            I had worn the shoes only once for two hours, and the strap came off from several places causing inconvinience and embarrassment. When I went to Tell the same to linking road office, they simply got it repaired and did not exchange it. The repair was of such substandard category that next time when i wore it, it broke as soon as I wore it.
            The store manager at linking road is so pathetic and rude that he would not not offer me any apology, would pretend as if the second repair is like a favor that the company is doing for me.

            I would not be accepting this after paying a good amount.
            The company has no concern towards maintaining its reputation in the market.

            Since I have already paid the required amount, I need a replacement of the pair of shoes.

              My name is Surabhi .i live in mumbai now.and i want to lodge a complaint against a false quality product which TRESMODE sold me almost 6 months ago.
              they sold me shoes telling me that the material is leather but it was not because leather does not peel and my shoes the product was peeling off.when i complained them about it they said they cant do anything about it because warehouse representative said that they are not at fault.they asked me about the receipt however i told them,had i been aware of this problem i would have kept the reciept.i also told them about complaing to Consumer however they mocked about it saying that consumer would drag the case and nothing would happen ultimately.
              my request to you is kindly take the action against it because they are not just violating the rules and causing inconvineance to the customer but also disrespecting the system.
              please do the needful.m sure you would help me doing justice to my money which i spent on the product.

              I Ordered lee cooper Shoe for 949/- in Online @ bigshoebazaar.com and the product was received on 12 Dec 2009. When I checked Quality of shoe, surprizingly very bad Qulity of sole I found. The person who sent this product to me would defenetly know the Bad-Quality of this & seems that wantedly it was sent me .And I dont expect Online deliveries found bad Quality products to the customers. But it Happens to me!!! Plz beware of bigshoebazaar.com.

                Dear Sir,

                This is with reference to my visit to TRESMODE – High Street Phoenix on the 4th of June 2009. I had visited the store to get my pair of Fame-39-brown shoes exchanged.
                The exchange service was not provided to me stating that nothing could be done from the store and the complain has to be forwarded to the manufacturer itself.
                I had worn the shoes only once for two hours, and the heel broke as well as the shoes tore. There was no sign of durability reflected in the pair.
                Also, I had given the pair for repair or exchange on the 4th of April 2009, and neither of it took place in the entire span of two months.
                After paying a decent amount for the footwear, it only lasted for two hours.
                I asked for an exchange and this is what they replied...


                Dear Madam,

                Thanks for the feedback.

                The preliminary investigation has the following details :

                The particular pair has been purchased during the “season end” sale period on 4th of February. The pair has been given in the stores on 4th of April, 2009.

                We would like to inform that all the products of the brand are fashion products and like every big brand in the world at the end of the Fashion season (6 months) the excess pairs are put on sale. Naturally, the products are minimum 6 months old which could go upto 12 months old. As you are aware, all the materials which go into the product will have a specified shelf life. As the products are getting old and the life gets shortened, all the brands will liquidate the products by giving discounts. (Primarily, the loss of shelf life is compensated through the discounts.) As a matter of fact, at the time of sale it is clearly mentioned that there cannot be an exchange or warrantee on the discounted product.

                We however, do exchange when there are some manufacturing defects as this is not shelf life deterioration but due to some technical reasons there could be failure in the product.

                In the present case, our stores has received the product, sent it to the workshop where the Heel tips have been replaced with a new set and has returned to the stores. The stores has record of calling you on two occasions and informing you about the status of product with a request that it can be picked up.

                We regret that the pair cannot be exchanged in the above context.

                The company has no concern towards maintaining its reputation in the market.This gives rise to the downfall of the company because if they cannot satisfy and retain customers, they can never have a secured business.
                Since I have already paid the required amount, I need a replacement of the pair of shoes.

                I am completely schocked at this as i am a big fan of tresmode shoes... if this has happened this is a good eye opener.
                i completely agree with ms shalinis complaint,
                i too had a simalr experience
                i bought a bag a couple of months ago from the tresmode store at phoenix mills
                i agree it was bought during the sale period. frnakly that should not make a diffrence to the quality of the product. i cannot understand how a reputed brand like tresmode can provide bad quality and yet not take any responsibility.
                the metal ring for the strap has a spring, so the strap can be detachable. the spring broke in one use of the bag so i went to the store to get it done. i agree the store manager took on the responsibility very efficiently even though it was a sale product ...but... replaced only one buckle although the other side one was nearly broken too.
                he assured me when i collected the bag on saturday 3rd april, that nothing would happen to the new nor the old buckle. i used the bad for the first time again today, and the ring broke
                its a shame
                Tresmode has came up with a new price range in all central mall in mumbai. The quality and the services they are giving is so poor, u can't trust on so reputed brand. The offers they are giving buy more pay less is so irretiable.
                you guys have sense of of responsibility thaty a big brnd store should have. i have been purchasing shoes from tresmode for a long time now. lately the finishing has been below average. al the more, the quality is pathetic. when you claim yourself as "THE BIG BRAND' and all that jazz, yous should also live up to it. the shoes that i buy, they cause a lot of blisters and bad shoes bites. you may be a big brand but you can take consumers for granted!!! this is atrocious!
                I have faced the same problem. I purchased the shoe in Oct'09 and hardly have used for 3 months. It costed me around 3000 for a pair. Its surprise to see such a bad responce. The shoes at the lcoal foot path are better than this..what the hek they are charging for ...Don;t Don't even think to buy from this fraud shop...
                II had a similar problem..and I am not surprised..buyers please be careful..they give a very poor after sales service...if you are lucky you will get a good piece and would let for sometime...but if you are not then you are up for some serious trouble...got a pair from there and I noticed that the leather he started peeling only after a month..must have been a manufacturing defect..or extremely poor quality...don't ever buy from there..anyweys now there are much better brands available...
                The heel tips wear out crazy fast and they have a metal peice inside which prevents it from being replace. A huge waste of money

                  i bought a footwear from tresmode outlet in globus (kalaghoda), mumbai.the footwear broke in 3 days.since 19th of feb'2009, the foot wear is with the store. first they repaired it very shoddyly and then i refused to take it they told me to "go ahead and take an exchange". now they dont even have the same style and moreover the other footwears which are available for exchange are much high priced than this and i m left with no other option than to pay the over money and buy other piece.
