Hi, i had bought a tresmode formal shoe (Woman) on 15-04-18.in the past one month i would have worn the shoe some 10 times only and the heal has torn. Very poor product quality Item code on my bill is[protected] lds_ftwr. I bought the piece on no discount for 2700. Utter waste of money. I would want to apply for a full refund. I had bought a Tresmode Shoes 8211-5, size 42 from Chennai. in January this year. I have used it very sparingly. The sides are peeling off. Kindly let me know what to do. I am from Trivandrum and am coming to Chennai on the 13th. Kindly do the needful.
