Tresmode — Poor quality product delivered

I had bought a black rolling shoe in the month of October, 2020. The order no was[protected]. I have used only once and the outer sole of the show got ditached. I am highly disappointed from tresmode about their products' quality. I request you to take this matter seriously ad refund the amount.
