[Resolved] Tresmode — Regarding Break down of shoes in 7 months | |
Dear Team, I have bought 1 pair of shoes from Tresmode which breaks down in 7 months only, what is the fun to pay such amount to the company if it not lasts long. It could better I bought some local shoes then. I submit the pair on 8th Jan (slip no. 204) at select city walk, saket (DELHI) for exchange, but till date no response received from the store, even I visit on 22nd again for the same, and the store manager ensured will get the reply on 23rd. Today we are sitting on 26th, neither mail nor call I received for the same. If you are not able to provide the solution/ services, no fun to run the store. I am highly dissatisfied with the company products as well as services provided by them. You are requested to change the pair or return my amount, at the earliest. I never recommend in my circle to buy from Tresmode as i lost my trust completely. and in today's scenario word of mouth means a lot. Look forward to hear from you!
