I sold old jewelry to tbz, thane office and now its 4th day i have not received payment against my gold. I sold this gold as i have to make some credit card payments. Now as tbz has not yet given my cash my credit history is spoiled and for which i seek compensation of 25 lacs from tbz. I have already spoken to there seniors but all of are rude.
Further i would like to provide details of invoice which they provided while selling the gold. Its invoice number819122pb002104 dated 5/12/2018.
Company officials at this show room are too rude. While purchasing the gold there is no credit provided but in case of selling tbz i s least bothered to return customers money.
I need compensation of 25 lakhs as tbz has not honored the payment and i am unable to pay my credit card bill. This is first time in history that i missed payment, which has spoiled my credit history. For which i need compensation. Was this information helpful? |
