I purchased a diamond solitaire ring from TBZ Thane store in nov 2019 - the price of the ring was Rs. 2, 01, 650. As it was a busy season, they did not give the diamond certificate at the time of purchase and instead told me I will receive it in a week in the store and they will call me - which I never received. I did not follow up after this because of lockdown (I don't live in India) so I contacted them in Jan 2022 when I visited India and shared the scanned copy of the bill with [protected]@tbzoriginal.com along with the ring photos. I also visited the store in person to show them the bill and the product - the staff examined the ring, took down all details of the ring and told me I will get the certificate in a week. Despite several phone calls, I have no success with them and now they are lying to me saying that I received the certificate. How difficult is it to simply issue a diamond certificate for the product I purchased with them and they have all the details to process? I feel like I am being cheated with what they have sold me. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.

I have a gold plan of 8000/- per month which ends on august 2021 today my mom go for purchase & she like the gold bangle which is 260, 000/- and my deposit is 78000/- in the scheme so i was like to transfer from my credit card 90000/- and from my friend credit card 60000/- and rest of other some cash so we are going full of payment but at the counter mr nikhil gosai is saying that we cannot accept third party card payment what is the problem if im paying full payment to your store and if you dont like this kind of arrangements from the customers next time i will never pay any scheme to TBZ regarding anything & i will not suggest to anyone who comes to me for suggest to where we can buy the gold in good price / not purchase gold from TBZ. this is for your kind info

My dad had purchased a gold earring and necklace for me in Oct-Nov of 2016 from TBZ Satara plaza, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. I was unable to wear the earrings since then due to the thick back stick. I had recently visited the TBZ (now in Vashi sector 17) and showed them the earrings and asked what could be done. They suggested that they will make the stick thinner by filing it but that would lead to loss of some mg of gold weight. I agreed for the same and they gave me a white slip to produce again I collect the earrings. They even asked if I had the bill of it, but it was an unused earring and they could see the TBZ mark on it so I was told bill would be good but even without it, they will do it.

Today I went to collect my earrings.
1. Instead of filing the stick they said they have replaced it. Total weight 0.2 g less than before.
2. Now that they have replaced the stick and screw, they said bill is mandatory and forced me to pay 650/- extra
3. They said they can't produce old bill from the system as 2016 is very long back and their software doesn't allow.

I am really disappointed by the service and cheap tricks of not disclosing the whole information in the start. Would never like to visit TBZ again if this is how a customer is treated.

A chain that i purchased just a month ago broke without any manhandling
and the company refuses to have any after sales service policy . They r willing to repair but i have no trust in the design now, i asked for replacement which they flatly denied

Have been to TBZ outlet at Stella vasai west branch. The staff behavior and attitude towards us as customer was very bad.
TBZ is a big name and brand and they should have some decent staff which can increase the business by better service.
I am a regular customer of TBZ, but today's experience made me to leave the outlet without any purchase and forced me to get my gold purchase from vaman hari pethe which is just opposite to TBZ vasai, stella outlet.
I would like the TBZ management to look into the staff issue and revert back to me as a loyal customer to TBZ.
A disappointed customer.

I sold old jewelry to tbz, thane office and now its 4th day i have not received payment against my gold. I sold this gold as i have to make some credit card payments. Now as tbz has not yet given my cash my credit history is spoiled and for which i seek compensation of 25 lacs from tbz. I have already spoken to there seniors but all of are rude.

Further i would like to provide details of invoice which they provided while selling the gold. Its invoice number819122pb002104 dated 5/12/2018.

Company officials at this show room are too rude. While purchasing the gold there is no credit provided but in case of selling tbz i s least bothered to return customers money.

I need compensation of 25 lakhs as tbz has not honored the payment and i am unable to pay my credit card bill. This is first time in history that i missed payment, which has spoiled my credit history. For which i need compensation.

I am minakshi mahamuni, worked at tbz nariman point (Churchgate), mumbai as a software developer from 30th june 2017 to 25th feb 2018, after serving the notice period dated 26th feb 2018 to 26 march 2018, they are not giving me the clearance, briefing that i have not completed my handover, inspite of completing all the handover details. Please help me in getting the clearance from this nuissance company.

I bought a necklace in the month of october from tbz (Santacruz branch) and was told that as it is a busy period they could not look for the certification and hence they will deliver it to me at my dorrstep, being a regular customer with them i accepted this but after regular followup almost every month i still haev not received it. I am asked to return the piece and that is when they will get it certified. I complained about this on twitter too and then after finding about my case the brands team now is not responding to any of my complaints on twitter. It is an absolute shame that brands like these cheat their customer. Who knows weather they have charged us for diamonds only or for some just mere diamond looking objects.

Though when i was bracelet asked several times whether its for daily use or not but their staffs where like yes mam its for daily use only... Within a month it broke into pieces and i went for repairing. Their staffs took and asked to come after some days. For repairing also they charged. Such a low class jewellers is this i think no jeweller in patna is lyk this.. Again in few days it broke in 4 pieces and then again charged for repairing.. When i received i didn't liked the finishing at all.. Again i gave for proper finishing but i didn't get what i was actually expecting from tbz 👎🏻 anywaz thanks to god that each time i found my bracelet after breakage also.. I will recommend patnaites to visit any jewellers shop but not tbz because their staffs don't know how to talk to customers and solve customer issue instead they only want to make money thats all.. So don't ever go to patna tbz plzzzzzz

Today is the auspicious day of Akshay Tritya and i went to buy Gold Coin and was shocked to see the open corruption and loot by these jewellers shop. On asking the price of the Gold i was clearly told by their employees that they"ll charge 2% additional if we use our credit card. When i asked the reason for this additional charge to be levied, they din't has any specific answer to this , they in turn responded that its the bank charge them as the merchanidse fee and hence they are charging to the customer. Again i agreed to pay the additional charge too and asked them to give me a bill which clearly mentions the Credit Card charge to be levied to me. For which they didnt agree and started showing tantrums on me. This clearly shows that these guys are somewhere inducted in open loot to customers.

This same company is there today in the market to raise money from the Public. It is a ver sad state of affair that our stock market regulator supports such companies to come to the market and further loot small investors for their own big gain. In this case i am completely taken for granted by these Jwellers and hence i am writing to this forum to take this case to light and make customers aware of such open loot by these so called Big Jewellers. This it true with all the Jewellers in the vicinity namely OM Jewellers, West End Jewellers & TBZ. Request to take a note of my complaint and lemme know the futrure course of action.

i had gone to tribhovandas bhimji zaveri thane branch on 15th nov 2011 and selected a diamond ring. the ring was of the size of my ringfinger but i wanted one that fits my index finger. the price of this ring was 28500. so the salesgirl said since the index finger is thicker, more gold would be put up for remaking this required size. we being confined to the budget asked if any discount or adjustment can be made. on which she involved the manger for help. so the manager said that he will fix the price as rs.28500 same as original irrespective of howmuchever extra gold gets put up. so after paying advance of rs.25000, we were told that ring will be ready in 20 days. on 5th dec 2011 i went to pick my order and found that the weight of the gold has reduced and the thickness of the ring has obviously reduced. when i spoke to manager, he said itna toh making mein kam zyaada hota hi hai.. agar aapko ring ka thickness badhakr chahiye toh aap extra gold daalo and utna gold b pay karo.. i had no option but to pay rest of it and buy the ring since none of the order was refundable or transferable under some other jewellary.. need guidance against this cheating, please give suggestions..

Hi, I bought an engagement ring(Wt: 10.25 gm @ Rs 1150 per gm) at a rate of Rs 14100 from Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Jewellers, Hyderabad on 28th May 2008. Within on emonth from purchase date, the stone on the ring fell off and I gave it for repair. From then, till date, the stone fell out of the ring Three times. And now today when I went to the Jeweller, he told me that he will take the ring back at only with 9.25 gm weight at current Gold price which equals Rs 11488.5. And if I want to exchange my defective ring, he can give me a ring of 7 gms for the same price. I was shocked to hear such a thing from a renowed Jeweller in Hyderabad. This is clearly a cheating that the said Jeweller is doing with us. Please suggest me how do I take this forward with the Forum?
