TRIP.COM — Didn't rebook the flight l

I spent 24 hours in the airport because trip.com didn't want to rebook a flight from new York to London, i had some problems with a flight ticket because the name was wrong on it but at some point i finally solved that problem and i got to the plane but i didn't left because i had a seizure in the plane befor to go, and member of the staff gave me the advice that it will be better to not take that flight, to rebook the next one if I'm feeling better, and that i can reuse that ticket without extra payment because of my health issues. When i wanted to rebook the flight, the airline company they didn't want to rebook it anymore because they saw that i have the ticket with a travelling agency and they told me to contact them because they have to rebook it for me. I spent in that airport a lot of time and tried to contact them and explain the situation, they didn't want to rebook anything, they just tried to convinced me to book another flight from their agency and to pay for it. And i didn't solved anything, i had to buy another flight ticket, but i got it straight from the airline company. Hope that i will get at least a refund from this waisted ticket.I will never again use trip.com and i don't recommend to anyone
