Since 7 days trip.com is harrassing us for the name change request for our flight from Bangkok to Krabi. They are hanging us saying it would be possible and after 7 days they said it wouldn't be for 1 passenger and for the 3rd one they have increased the name change fee to almost double in one day. We are fedup with their service and extremely harrassed causing us mental pressure and illness due to the harrassment. Was this information helpful? |
