Tripgateway — Cheap and shameful way to earn money by Tripgateway

I purchased two package of 10499 for 4nights in domestic. First some rahul sales guy cheat us with some happy hour samsung phone which they have not given. Now booking comes, there terms and conditions says for 3 star staying facility. They are giving a budget property from far less then rs.1000/night in makemytrip.com. After checking, i have sent mail to cancel both within 24 hours of my purchase, same sales person called me and said that he can't cancel, and he was asking me to send acceptance reply for his mail, i wonder how a company adopt a cheap and shamful way to earn money.
