True Balance — no refund for failed transaction | |||
I recharged my number [protected] on 11 October wih true balance account on number [protected] for rs. 76 with my Union Bank debit card account no - [protected] which failed but amount debited but I received no refund for that. Not expected such worst service from true balance.. So i request the company to refund me back now as early as possible Details are sending u in the screenshot below of transaction with order I'd ... Sir, today I have made a transaction for my jio number ([protected]) recharge of Rs.399. Money deducted from my account but recharge not done. My order no. is [protected]. Either my mobile number not get recharge nor credit my balance in my account. Please refund my money in my account.
