Truecomretail — Samsung Galaxy F41

I ordered the phone with product exchange for Samsung Galaxy F41 from flipkart on 18 Oct 2020. The delivery boy/wish master called me on 25th after chasing all day since the product is out for delivery.

The boy reached my place at around 6 Pm and checked my exchange product and said that the new product i.e Samsung Galaxy F41 is with some other boy and he in on the way to my place and he went away.

After one hour I called on the number provided and it was ringing again and again. At around 8PM I received a sms from flipkart stating that the exchange product has been rejected.

I called flipkart cc and they said that the old product is approved and the message was an error from flipkart. I kept on chasing for the same since then and on 27th Oct 2020 they finally cancelled my order from their end.

I asked the reason to cc executive they said it is due to high demand they have.

I ordered this during Big Billion Days Sale and due to this cancellation I am is loss for ₹2, 097. Also, I have wasted my time chasing for the the same for more than 5 hours in total.

Do I have a remedy for the same?

Can I file a case against them for compensation?

Please help.
