Truecomretail — Waiting for the phone which I ordered

I have ordered Samsung phone from Flipkrat (Seller-Truecom Retail) on 20th May. It was supposed to be delivered by 23rd May then delayed till 27th May. Not received the product yet and no information about it. Even it has not been packed till the time order placed. What is this?
Why should I wait for so long. I need it on urgent basis.
Called Flipkart customer care for several times in between but no result.
It's really not acceptable from Flipkart.
Payment already done but still waiting.
