Truemeds — Urgent complaint regarding order no. 30033734 non-delivery and cancellation without consent

Dear Truemeds Customer Support,
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding the handling of my order (Order No:[protected], which was placed on 21st May 2025. I made the full payment at the time of ordering, and the expected delivery date was shown as 27th May 2025. However, the order has not been delivered to date.
On 28th May 2025, I contacted your customer support team and was assured that I would receive the medicine within 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, this promise was not fulfilled. I raised a complaint again on 31st May, yet there was no update or resolution.
On 2nd June 2025, I again contacted your team, and they informed me that the delivery boy had left with the order. However, no tracking details or delivery agent contact information was provided on the portal. When I followed up again on 3rd June, I was told once more that I would receive the medicine within 24-72 hours.
To my shock, today (3rd June 2025), I received a call around 2:50 PM stating that my order is being canceled. This is completely unacceptable. I have repeatedly informed your team that the medicine is critical for a patient in my home whose condition requires continuous treatment. If any health issue arises due to this delay or non-availability of the medicine, Truemeds will be held solely responsible.
This situation has caused immense mental stress and inconvenience. I request an immediate explanation for:
Why the order was delayed despite multiple follow-ups.
Why it was canceled without my consent.
What action Truemeds will take to resolve this matter urgently.
I demand either:
Immediate reprocessing and delivery of the same medicine without any further delay, OR
A full refund with a written apology and assurance that such negligence will not happen again.
Please treat this matter as urgent. Awaiting your prompt response.
