Truenet Commerce — refund justice | |
Seller has sold a fake product of redmi note 5 pro. The product has imei, which was failed to be verified by it's very own mi company, and also by flipkart company. I was fed up by requesting them to proceed to refund, but they have not given me. So it's my complaint, and i want refund against my order. I too have sent them the proof of failure of verification of imei, but they are not ready to take my problem seriously If not, i am going to file case against seller.
