Refund amount of cancelled flight ticket is not get to me since 5 days, Reference Pnr #:LFA2L6 Trujet cancellation of flight 2T717 BOM to KLH on 09/09/2021 DEP 12:55 hrs.
Kindly do needful earliest for refund booking amount to me.
It is also note that Trujet is always smart in cancellation flights from Kolhapur to Mumbai, but very poor in refund of cancelled air tickets, they always email information @ cancelled flights, but don't give information of refund, very worst & head ached service by Trujet.
They are highly incompetent and the customer care also in very unresponsive. I've yet to receive the promised refund for my booking even after 5 days. Cannot get hold of any personnel from this company.
They shouldn't be operating with this kind of service as all travel plans get affected due to their haphazard management, very bad experience from Trujet
