Dear sir/ madam,
Our flight been cancelled on 9th of august 2019. Since that date i called customer care representative for refund. But every day they told me the refund will give back to me by the end of the day after 3 days i called again then they ask 1 more week for refund. (I got the massage from their side by mentioning that i will have my money back with in 7 days) i called 10 days after cancellation that is today and they ask again time for refund till saturday.
Don't know why it took so long to refund money.
Other airlines gave money back already only trujet airline took long.
Same days while flight cancelled i asked for surface transference for our group but they didn't able to arrange any of them. So we asked for refund.
We never had any bad experience like this with any other airlines.
