TSRTC — Driver is telling to take ticket bus we have reservation service number 8060 and 20 seat number

I have booked the ticket in redbus on 10/10/2021 .the service number 8060 and seat number 20, perugu anjanna and the driver is siddik.but the conductor is telling to take ticket. because in conductor reservation slip there is a mistake of service number . instead of service number (8060)there is UID number (5080). In necessary condition we have taken ticket.now what we have to do?.please refund the money.
And take necessary action.
