I have booked a three tickets on Sunday evening..when booking tickets it shown payment was successfull. after sometime it as canceled my tickets..tickets booked from Hyderabad to khammam.It showing money will be refund but we didn't get any message from bank plz look into my qurie service number I booked is 8689.and seats are 28.31.32

I have booked tickets for godavarikhani to Bhadrachalam bus No.90486 4 tickets. Acutuvally payment through NetBanking otp entered after Amount Rs.1432.00 debited my account EBC mail recieved Acknowledgement no.[protected] genarated but tickets not booked. After one hour I will try same seats booking thorgh net banking payment done and 4 seats booked. This transaction EBC acknowledgement No.[protected].
Please solve this issue and refund my first transaction amont Rs.1432.00

I booked a ticket on 17 oct, money got debited but I didn't get any ticket details and I tried contacting the customer service and they said that the ticket is not booked and I didn't get my money back. I want a refund.
